Personalized conference badges from birch plywood
A brand new product for the year 2024 is event badges made of natural birch plywood. Available in a custom shape and a selection of ready-to-go shapes in stock. Full-color printing, personalization, and rounded corners are included in the price.
Our wooden products are made from birch plywood collected from sustainably managed forests in Hirvensalmi, Finland. The raw wood comes from certified sources (FSC® and PEFC™). Birch plywood is cut and post-processed in our Nordic production, where the printing takes place.

The wood's light color, almost paper-like, makes it a perfect platform for full-color printing. We print wooden badges in our sustainable products production in Helsinki, Finland, using state-of-the-art printing machines and environmentally friendly inks.
Please select one of our stock size badges for a fast production time. A fully customizable shape is also available, but the production time is slightly longer.
If you want to get a little bit more oomph out of the plywood, select a finish with stained color.
Multiple color options are available, from the deep black of Anthracite to a beautiful, rich brown Walnut. Stained colors and full-color printing, including base white, create unique effects on wooden conference tags.
Event badges made of wood require an equally sustainable choice of attachment. Even though wooden lanyards would be great, they might be a bit too rigid. We recommend the rPET recycled plastic lanyards which are available with full-color custom printing.

The birch wood used in our wooden event passes is biodegradable. Wood starts biodegrading when its humidity is over 20% (relative humidity of the air +85%). The glue of the plywood layers is not biodegradable, so glue molecules remain when the wood breaks down. Our products use low-formaldehyde Flex glue that meets ULEF/CARB requirements.
The price includes full-color printing, personalization, rounded corners and a round tag hole drilling.
