Sublimation printed lanyards are our most popular lanyard model. We can provide incredible speed and consistent quality on every order. The on-demand sewing department finishes each lanyard after printing, with rush orders dispatched within 24 hours from receiving your artwork.
Using state of the art production facility and the latest in modern textile printing, we can create anything from the most straightforward one-color design to the most demanding, Pantone matched products for the most prestigious brands of the world.
Our lanyard manufacturing starts from a plain white lanyard material, which we print on rolls of 300ft in length. Each roll of lanyard material goes through the printing process two times, one for each side of the lanyard. During the printing process, the full-color artwork is transferred from paper to the polyester material in a heat press at high temperature and pressure.
Once your artwork is transferred on the rolls of material, we cut it to length, standard being approximately 3ft, and start the sewing process. Each lanyard is custom sewn with clips and buckles based on your custom order.
After sewing, lanyards go through quality control and packaging department, and your order is on it's way to you!
Our pricing tiers are defined by the size of your order, the quantity of lanyards, and the required production time. If you give us enough time to go through the order process in our own standard production time, you get a lower price. We can rush through an order of up to a few thousand lanyards in a single day, and you could have your order dispatched tomorrow, but that will raise the price a lot.
