We manufacture the printed spiral-bound notebooks using a combination of offset printing and digital printing. In smaller lots of less than 1000 copies, the cover pages are digitally printed, and the inside pages are offset printed. In batches of at least 1,000 copies, the covers may also be produced with offset printing.

Special card stock for covers

Various finishing options are available for the covers, such as soft touch lamination, spot varnishing, and foiling. Unique papers are also available for printing cover pages. Among special paper stock, for example, unbleached brown cardboard with CMYK+white printing is an example of a special implementation.

You can also choose the lamination of the cover pages, either with matte lamination, glossy lamination, or an ultra-soft Soft Touch finish that creates depth in the print.

Wooden cover for notebooks

We have started to use FSC-certified birch plywood for wooden covers for notepads. The birch plywood is sustainably sourced from the forests of Hirvensalmi, Finland. They are an excellent base for making a natural-looking notebook with a wooden cover.

Order with zero design skills

If you want, send us the logo and the desired colors for the covers; the inside pages can be printed with ready-made grids or lines.

The logo can also be included on the inner pages. If you need a more demanding note book design, you can purchase the design work as a design service.

Recycled paper pages

The most common printing is CMYK four-color printing with an offset printing method. We prefer 100gsm uncoated recycled paper for the best-printed finish. The paper easily works with most pens and is thick enough to make a notebook.

Notebooks are produced in standardized sizes, and now there is also a 8"x8" or 20x20cm square model available.

Where are spiral-bound notebooks made?

The notebooks are produced in our own printing facility in Helsinki, Finland. Due to local production, we are able to produce notebooks even with an incredible delivery time of just 3 working days!

Promotional pens are available

Remember that we also print promotional pens suitable for notepads. Notepad printing and printed promotional pens can complement each other. Our primary option for promotional pens is made from RPET recycled plastic, i.e. recycled plastic bottles.
