If you are planning to buy our Clear Conference Badge Holders, we can also help you with the customized inserts. We print paper badge inserts using the latest innovation in digital printing technology, the Xerox® Versant® digital printing press. Our state-of-the-art digital printing production can print not just CMYK but Real Full-Color, including white, clear, and some neon colors.
According to the price list below, we can produce the printed, personalized conference badge inserts within days of receiving your order. The standard delivery time is approximately one week after acquiring all necessary files, such as logos, graphics, and, most importantly, the attendee's list.

The prices quoted on this page include standard printing on Xerox® Color Impressions® coated paper with a slightly glossy finish. Under Additional Services, you'll see other paper options. For example, we could print the badge inserts on unbleached (brown) kraft card stock to increase the visual appeal.
