Woven Wristband provides durability

Woven wristbands are made by weaving different yarn colors together to form a patterned ribbon. Each new color in a woven wristband is formed by adding a new yarn to the design. The base color counts as the first color; each additional color increases the number of colors used.

Unlike a Printed Fabric Wristband, woven wristbands have to be simplified in the design stage to execute the weaving process. Very complicated shapes and intricate details will be lost during weaving.

The minimum order is 1000 wristbands

The minimum number of woven fabric wristbands is 1000 pcs per design, individually made using custom-dyed yarns. The yarns are dyed to the desired Pantone® colors, making it possible to match most Brand Book requirements.

The most affordable price for woven bracelets starts with upward orders of around 10,000 pieces, which gives you a significant advantage over the bulk price.

We recommend checking out the sublimation-printed fabric wristbands for small batches of less than 1000 pcs.

The production time starts from 2 weeks

The production time of woven wristbands cannot be accelerated as weaving always takes a standard amount of time. As the production capacity of the weaving machines is sold, a continuous production time of about two weeks is a minimum. Rush orders for this product are not accepted at this time.

Free proofing before production

Woven wristbands are always digitally proofed before production. The proofing process is for reference only, and the final product will differ from the print because it is a woven product.
