Quality to match ISO standard, printing details that you see on common credit cards
You can order Offset Printed Plastic Cards according to ISO 7810 with different thicknesses, finishes, and effects. The finished plastic card matches the size and materials of the bank cards, loyalty cards, and most common payment cards. Also, the print quality is identical, if not better.
Plastic cards are printed on large sheets, with either 16 or 32 cards on one sheet. Several orders are placed on the same sheet, and the price per piece is lower. For example, when printing 500 sheets, and the card you have ordered is on a sheet of plastic two times, the printing step produces 1000 plastic cards.
Offset printing is not suitable for small batches; for smaller batches, you should check out our range of ID cards or digitally printed plastic cards.
The print quality is not as accurate, but it is very close to the same result. The card structure is almost identical to offset cards.
We also allow you to order special effects for plastic cards in offset printing, such as Pantone® color-matched printing or gold or silver printing.
The signature panel, sequential numbering, barcode, QR code, credit card-style raised texts, and other standard features of plastic cards are all easy to utilize.
UV-responsive printing, fluorescent and heat-responsive printing, effect varnish, transparency *, and holograms are also included.
* Some additional features include a larger Minimum Order Lot.
The price always includes two-sided full-color printing. It is based on a single design throughout the entire batch. Each new design is treated as a separate order for Offset-Printed Cards.
