B) Security is an important part of our business. Customer information is stored only in accordance with the law and will never be disclosed to third parties without the customer's explicit consent.
2. Personal data
A) Personal data is used to provide the services under the agreement and, with your consent, for the advertising and analytics purposes described in section 3. Personal information is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information will not be disclosed for other purposes without your express consent.
B) If we need to disclose personal information to a third party, we will ask for your separate consent. We also require any third party to meet the same level of reliability as we do in the processing of personal data.
C) For the successful billing and delivery of an order, we are authorized to use our affiliates and to provide them with the necessary information, such as address details and contact information, for this purpose.
3. Cookies
A) There are no sections on our site that require registration. Session cookies are used, for example, in connection with price calculators to enable them to function properly. These cookies do not identify you personally, only your visit to the site, and they are deleted when you close your browser.
B) In order to generate statistics, visitors to our website, like those of millions of other websites, are tracked through a statistical program that enables us to improve our website experience.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google services for advertising and analytics. Learn how Google uses your data.
1) Google Analytics is used on our site to compile site usage statistics and improve the site experience. Google Ads is used to measure the results of our advertising and, with your consent, to show you relevant ads on other websites (remarketing). These services use cookies that may be regarded as personal data under EU law. Advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you have given your consent in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our site.
Tawk.to Chat
2) Tawk.to Chat is a tool that enables us to provide a better user experience on our site through a real-time chat service. Tawk.to uses cookies, which you can read more about in the Tawk.to privacy policy.
Blocking or deleting cookies
3) In addition to the cookie banner, you may reject or delete cookies by changing your Internet browser settings. See the "Help" section of your browser for more information. Most Internet browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. If you do not want to accept cookies, you must block them manually. Most websites require the use of cookies, so blocking cookies is likely to impair your experience.
D) If you access our website from a public computer, close your web browser when you stop using it to ensure that session cookies are removed.
4. Statistics
When you use our website, the server records activity on the site. This is a completely normal procedure and occurs on almost every website. The statistics are used to make the web pages more user-friendly. The statistics do not include personal data beyond technical information about the computer used.
The information that is stored is the following:
- The IP address that identifies the computer
- Time spent on the site, page addresses and downloads
- The type of web browser used
These statistics are automatically destroyed after 60 days.
With the help of statistics we get information about visitor activity on our website: when the site is visited, which parts of the site are the most interesting, and where possible errors occur.
5. Security
The information stored in the system is protected against misuse, and the system operators also monitor the security of the systems.
