Our most rapid custom printed lanyards are the Full-Color Lanyards that we can print, sew, and dispatch in a record time of just 48 hours from receiving your order.
We offer our screen printed personalized lanyards at record low prices for those who are not in a rush, with a standard production time of three weeks. The key difference between the quickly produced sublimation lanyard and the screen printed lanyard lies in the printing result. On the sublimation lanyard, the entire lanyard material is printed, including the base color. With screen printed lanyard, the yarn is dyed into custom color, weaved into lanyard material, and only then the logo is screen printed as a separate layer.
The most common lanyard widths used for screen printing are 3/8", 5/8", 3/4", and 1". Standard length is usually 36" assembled from two halves of a lanyard, separated by a reusable safety breakaway.
Our primary source of the material is polyester. You can still choose from various other materials, such as RPET lanyards made from recycled PET yarn or a bamboo lanyard made from real natural bamboo fiber.
Screen printed lanyards are sewn together after printing, so each lanyard is custom made to order with your specification of clips and accessories.
Our screen printed lanyards are available with a custom Pantone® color matching. It means that if you're looking for a lanyard supplier that can meet the most demanding requirements of your brand, look no further as we can do it.
