Woven Fabric Wristbands — Built to Last

Woven wristbands are made by weaving different yarn colors together to form a patterned ribbon. The logo and design become part of the fabric itself, not printed on top — which means the colors cannot wear off or fade regardless of how long the wristband is worn. Note that very intricate details and fine lines may simplify slightly during the weaving process; bold, clean designs always translate best.

Minimum Order 500 Wristbands per Design

The minimum order for woven fabric wristbands is 500 pieces per design, individually produced using custom-dyed yarns. Yarns are matched to your chosen Pantone^® shades, making it possible to meet even strict brand book requirements.

The most competitive per-piece pricing is achieved at orders of 10,000 pieces and above. For smaller quantities under 500 pieces, our sublimation printed fabric wristbands are the better fit.

Woven Classic or Metallic Sparkle

Standard woven wristbands are produced in 2–7 yarn colors including the base color. For a premium metallic finish, choose Metallic Sparkle — we weave in genuine gold, silver, or bronze thread as one of the design colors, creating an effect that no printed wristband can replicate.

Production Time from 2 Weeks

Woven wristbands require a fixed amount of loom time that cannot be significantly shortened. Standard production is approximately two weeks from proof approval. Express production of about one week is available at a 15% surcharge. A digital proof is always sent for approval before production begins — note that the proof is indicative, and the final woven result may differ slightly from a digitally rendered image.

What is the difference between woven and sublimation printed fabric wristbands?

In a woven wristband, the logo and colors are part of the fabric itself — woven in with colored yarn, making them extremely durable. The colors cannot wear off or fade. Sublimation printed wristbands are faster to produce and work well for smaller quantities: minimum order is 250 pcs and full-color printing supports photographic-quality designs with no color limits. What is a Metallic Sparkle woven wristband?

Metallic Sparkle is the premium variant of the woven wristband, where genuine metallic thread is used as one of the weaving colors. You can choose gold, silver, or bronze thread. The metallic yarn adds a lustrous, high-end quality to the wristband that cannot be replicated with digital printing.

How many colors can be woven into a fabric wristband?

The standard price includes 2–3 colors including the base color. Additional colors can be added for a small per-color charge, up to a total of 8 colors. All yarn is dyed to your chosen Pantone® shade.

How accurate is the digital proof compared to the finished woven wristband?

The digital proof is indicative, not exact. The finished woven wristband may differ slightly because woven fabric reproduces detail differently from a printed surface — fine lines, small text, and intricate details may simplify slightly in the weave. This is a characteristic of woven products, not a defect. We recommend keeping logos and text as clean and bold as possible for the best result.

Can I order multiple different designs in one order?

Yes. Each design carries a separate set-up charge. For 1–4 different designs, the set-up is €30 per design. For orders with 5 or more different designs, the set-up reduces to €15 per design. The minimum order quantity applies to each design separately.

What closure options are available for woven fabric wristbands?

The standard closure is a toothed plastic barrel lock that slides one way only — the wristband must be cut to remove it, making it tamper-evident and non-transferable. A permanently crimped metal closure is also available as an option.
