If you're looking for a durable wristband that is both trendy and comfortable, look no further. Custom-printed fabric wristbands are made of RPET polyester, which is sourced from recycled soft drink bottles. The standard width is 15mm.

Our RPET wristbands are made using Topgreen® recycled filament. It is an outstanding environment-friendly fiber based on the material of recycled post-consumer PET bottles.

The recycling and repurposing process is entirely traceable from post-consumer to yarn.

Amazing print quality in full color

All fabric wristbands are printed in full color, meaning there are virtually no limitations on the number of colors in your design. Metallic colors or neon colors are not available for sublimation-printed wristbands.

What does full-color sublimation printing mean for fabric wristbands?

Sublimation printing transfers dye directly into the polyester fibers of the fabric under heat — not onto the surface, but into the material itself. The result is vivid, wash-resistant color that won't peel, crack, or fade. Fabric wristbands are always printed in full color, so the number of colors in your design has no impact on the price. The only limitation is metallic and neon inks, which are not compatible with sublimation printing.

What closure options are available for fabric wristbands?

Two closure options are available. The standard closure is a plastic barrel lock with internal teeth that grip the wristband and prevent it from sliding back — the wristband must be cut to remove it. This makes it tamper-evident and non-transferable, ideal for events where gate security matters. The alternative is a removable metal bead slider that can be taken off and refastened easily — better suited to situations where the wristband is meant to be kept or returned.

Can fabric wristbands be transferred or reused?

It depends on the closure. With the standard barrel lock, the wristband must be cut off to remove it, making transfer or reuse impossible without visible damage — which is exactly what makes it effective for event security. With the removable metal bead slider, the wristband can be taken off and refastened without damage.

What material are fabric wristbands made from?

Fabric wristbands are made from rPET polyester — recycled material sourced from post-consumer PET bottles such as soft drink containers. We use Topgreen® recycled filament, which provides full traceability from post-consumer waste through to finished yarn. The surface has a soft satin finish that is comfortable against the skin.

Can metallic or neon colors be printed on fabric wristbands?

Metallic and neon inks are not compatible with sublimation printing. The sublimation process works by bonding dye into polyester fibers, and metallic or neon pigments cannot be reproduced accurately this way. All other colors — including rich blacks, bright primaries, and gradients — print beautifully with no restrictions. If a genuine metallic gold or silver effect is important to your design, consider our woven wristbands — they can be woven with real metallic thread in gold or silver.

What width are fabric wristbands available in?

The standard width is 15 mm. This is the industry-standard width for event wristbands, providing a comfortable fit and enough surface area for detailed full-color artwork.
