Soft round woven lanyards with foam-filled ComfyCore™ — woven label or soft PVC collar with logo
Put one of these on and you'll immediately notice the difference. Our extra-soft round woven lanyards are filled with a foam-like synthetic core — the ComfyCore™ construction — that makes them exceptionally soft and comfortable to wear all day. Because the cord is round, elastic, and has no edges, it drapes naturally against the skin without pressing or chafing.
The lanyard is woven in 1–2 colors and can be produced either striped or solid, as shown in the photos above. Yarn is dyed to order in any Pantone® shade at no extra charge. Weaving set-up cost depends on the number of colors; see the price list for full details.
Just above the key ring or trigger clip, you can add a flexible woven label with your logo or custom text. As an alternative, you can choose a soft PVC collar with your logo molded in rubber-like material.
It is also possible to have the logo woven directly into the cord itself — note that the result will be small due to the lanyard's narrow diameter, so this works best for simple shapes or initials. Each lanyard includes one logo option of your choice.
An optional barrel-style safety buckle is available for this model. To preserve the ComfyCore™ cushioning against the neck, we recommend placing the buckle on the side of the lanyard rather than directly at the back.
This product is available in two lengths: one as a neck lanyard and one as a wrist-strap keychain. By default, the neck lanyard comes with a woven label and the wrist strap with a soft PVC collar. Both the woven label and PVC collar are two-color as standard (any shades).
The price includes two color weaving, and a trigger clip attachment. For more colors or a bigger quantity, ask for a quotation.
