Printed on a flexible synthetic material that is virtually indestructible, they are 100% waterproof, tear-proof, and chemical-resistant. They flex like paper but cannot be torn by hand, and a badge that ends up in a pool comes out completely unaffected.

The print is integral to the material surface — no lamination required — delivering a sharp, professional matte finish that holds up across every day of a demanding event. All production runs in-house on Xerox® Beyond CMYK digital presses, which unlocks print effects beyond standard four-color printing: metallic gold and silver, white ink, and neon colors that glow under blacklight are available as upgrades for VIP credentials and tiered access badges.

Personalization and Fast Turnaround Included

We manage the full production process in-house for strict quality control. Standard production is approximately one to two weeks from digital proof approval, with expedited options available when your deadline is tight. Attendee name personalization, job titles, and QR codes are included in the price — provide your attendee list as an Excel file and our team handles the variable data printing. Badges are delivered with rounded corners and a lanyard hole as standard, and can also be alphabetically sorted to save time at your registration desk.
