Screen printed lanyards are a solid choice when your artwork is simple (1–4 spot colors) and you want a dyed base color with a durable ink print on top. The strap is dyed and woven first, then your design is applied as a separate ink layer. Compared to full-color dye sublimation (where the whole lanyard is printed), screen printing is a clean, hard-wearing option for logos and bold designs.
Common widths for screen printed lanyards are 3/8", 5/8", 3/4", and 1".
Standard assembled length is typically 36", made from two halves and often finished with a safety breakaway. Polyester is the most common, and you can also choose options like rPET lanyards made from recycled PET yarn, or bamboo fiber.
After printing, lanyards are sewn and assembled to your spec, including clips and accessories.
