Woven labels are the most cost-effective choice. The text and logos are woven directly into the fabric, resulting in a smooth, flat surface. This method is ideal for intricate designs and smaller text.
For a traditional, high-end feel, choose embroidery. The design is stitched onto a heavy fabric base, creating a raised 3D effect.
This is the gold standard for authentic aviation tags. Standard production includes continuous threads between characters for durability.
Standard production is approximately 2–3 weeks from digital proof approval. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design. We always provide a digital proof before moving to production to ensure your brand looks perfect.
Our RBF tags are constructed by folding the material and finishing the edges with high-quality overlock stitching. This ensures a durable, long-lasting product that can withstand heavy use on key bundles or gear bags.
Prices include production of the Remove Before Flight fabric tag, regardless of stitch coverage. Embroidered versions use STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified thread.
