Soft PVC labels are made by casting liquid, rubbery PVC into a custom mold built specifically for your design. The result is a durable, slightly 3D label that feels premium in hand and holds up in real use — on products, accessories, uniforms, bags, and branded merch.

Made from your design — shape and size are fully custom

You can order these labels with your logo, text, or artwork in any custom shape. Thickness, raised details, and 2D/3D effects can be tailored to the look you want. Because the mold is custom-made, you’re not limited to “standard” shapes — if you can imagine it, we can usually produce it.

Backing options: Velcro, sew-on, adhesive, and more

Choose the backing that matches your use case. Popular choices include sew-on (for clothing and textiles), adhesive (for hard surfaces and accessories), and Velcro. Velcro can be supplied as hook (male) or loop (female), and in many cases we can include both sides so your PVC patch is ready to attach right away. Velcro-backed PVC patches are widely used with MOLLE-compatible backpacks and tactical gear, where you want a secure fit with easy removal.

Built for daily use — waterproof and easy to maintain

Soft PVC labels are waterproof and easy to wipe clean. They’re a good fit for outdoor products, sports gear, bags, and items that see moisture, wear, and frequent handling. The cast PVC structure also protects fine details better than many flat printed labels.

Pricing, minimums, and what we need from you

The price list covers most standard designs and quantities, and the minimum purchase amount is the smallest quantity shown in the Price List. If you need a larger quantity than the listed price breaks or your design requires special attention, contact us for a quotation.

To start, send us your artwork (vector PDF/AI/EPS preferred). If you only have a high-resolution raster file, we can review it. Tell us the target size, whether you want 2D or 3D, your color requirements (Pantone preferred), and the backing option — we’ll handle the rest through our proofing process.
