Our puzzles are built on a sturdy 1.75mm puzzle board topped with 115g linen-textured canvas paper. We use full-color CMYK printing protected by a high-quality dispersion varnish to ensure long-lasting durability and vibrant graphics.
Every piece is uniquely die-cut, maintaining the high standards of commercial puzzle manufacturing.
Each set includes a custom-manufactured box (lid and bottom) featuring your full-color graphics. Standard shipping includes the pieces secured in a poly bag or an eco-friendly paper bag inside the box. Optional upgrades include matte or gloss finishes, spot UV/lacquer effects, and barcodes—making these puzzles ready for retail in museum gift shops and souvenir stores.
